The Process: Streamlined

Submit Your Health Information

Start by completing a secure online medical intake form. This includes your information and health history. Then select the medications you want to request.

Telehealth Consultation & Physician Review

A licensed practitioner will review your information and conduct a telehealth evaluation to determine if treatment is appropriate. If approved, a prescription will be issued in accordance with state regulations. If not, no medication will be prescribed and any prepaid amount will be refunded.

Pharmacy Fulfillment & Delivery

All prescriptions are processed by our licensed U.S. pharmacy for review, dispensing, and shipment. Medications are prepared and shipped directly to your door—typically within 2–6 business days after approval.
