What Is Sildenafil 100mg?
Sildenafil is a prescription medication in a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is the active ingredient in Viagra and works by increasing blood flow, which can help men get and keep an erection when sexually stimulated. Sildenafil does not cause an erection on its own and does not affect sexual desire. It is also approved at a different strength (as Revatio) to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Sildenafil 100mg Dosage
Erectile dysfunction: 50 mg by mouth as needed, about 1 hour before sexual activity; may be adjusted to 100 mg or 25 mg based on response and tolerability.
Maximum: one dose per day.
May be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity.

CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir) can increase sildenafil levels
