Candesartan Cilexetil 16mg Dosage
Hypertension: 16 mg by mouth once daily initially; usual range 8–32 mg once daily.
Heart failure: 4 mg by mouth once daily initially; double at ~2-week intervals to target 32 mg once daily as tolerated.
