Oropharyngeal candidiasis: 200mg by mouth on day 1, then 100mg once daily for at least 2 weeks.
Esophageal candidiasis: 200mg on day 1, then 100mg once daily for a minimum of 3 weeks and at least 2 weeks after symptoms resolve.
