Triamterene-hydrochlorothiazide 75-50mg is a tablet that combines two diuretics (water pills) in one dose. Hydrochlorothiazide helps the body remove excess salt and water, which can lower blood pressure and reduce swelling, while triamterene helps the body retain potassium that thiazide diuretics can deplete.
