Hypertension: 180 mg by mouth once daily in the morning with food; usual maintenance 240 mg once daily.
May titrate to 240 mg in the morning plus 120 mg in the evening, or 240 mg every 12 hours, per prescriber.
Swallow tablets whole; do not crush or chew.
