What Is Loratadine 10mg?
Loratadine is a second-generation antihistamine, sold under the brand name Claritin, that relieves allergy symptoms without causing significant drowsiness in most people. It blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat. Loratadine is also used to relieve the itching and redness of chronic hives (urticaria). Each tablet contains 10mg of loratadine and is taken by mouth once daily.
