Insert one applicatorful (5 g) intravaginally once daily at bedtime for 5 days.
Some labeling permits one applicatorful (5 g) intravaginally twice daily (morning and evening) for 5 days.

May increase the effect of warfarin and other blood thinners
Avoid vaginal intercourse and other vaginal products (tampons, douches) during treatment
Stop and contact your provider if numbness, tingling, or seizures occur
