PMDD: 50 mg once daily, continuously or during the luteal phase, per prescriber.

Warnings & Interactions

Do not use with MAOIs or within 14 days of stopping an MAOI
Do not use with pimozide
Oral solution (not tablets) is contraindicated with disulfiram
Increased bleeding risk with NSAIDs, aspirin, or blood thinners
Risk of serotonin syndrome with other serotonergic drugs (triptans, tramadol, St. John's Wort)
Do not stop abruptly; taper under provider guidance to avoid discontinuation symptoms
