What Is Anastrozole 1mg?
Anastrozole is a prescription medication in a class of drugs called aromatase inhibitors. It is used in postmenopausal women to treat breast cancers that are fueled by the hormone estrogen. Anastrozole works by blocking the aromatase enzyme, which reduces the amount of estrogen the body makes.
