Dapsone 100mg Dosage
Dermatitis herpetiformis: 50 mg by mouth once daily; titrate as directed (typical range 50–300 mg daily), then reduce to minimum effective dose.
Leprosy: 100 mg by mouth once daily, in combination with other antileprosy agents, for the duration prescribed.
