Spironolactone 100mg Dosage
Heart failure: 25 mg by mouth once daily; may increase to 50 mg once daily as tolerated.
Hypertension: 25–100 mg by mouth daily, in single or divided doses.
Edema (cirrhosis/nephrotic syndrome): 100 mg by mouth daily (range 25–200 mg), in single or divided doses.
